Yahoo! Makes an Evolution in Indonesia

 

 

Yahoo! announced several strategic milestones in Indonesia as it renewed existing partnerships and solidified new partnerships to signal its intent to invest more in the country with its Partner of Choice strategy. Yahoo! also launched several new initiatives in Indonesia that link to its focus to be the essential online starting point for consumers and the Must Buy for the advertising industry.

According to Pontus Sonnerstedt, Indonesia market lead, Yahoo! Southeast Asia, Yahoo!'s strategy version 2.0 in Indonesia is about delivering results that will bring more opportunity for internet users in Indonesia.

Sonnerstedt adds, the online advertising industry in Indonesia has a bright outlook and they're investing heavily in Insights to help advertisers realize the opportunity for including a digital element for more effectiveness in all their advertising campaigns.

Currently, Yahoo!'s audience continues to grow in Indonesia in terms of unique users as well as user engagement. The Yahoo! Indonesia Front Page continues to be an essential internet starting point for consumers in Indonesia, as it is on local sites around the world.
