Juniper Networks Announces Next-Generation Application Acceleration Hardware

Juniper Networks, Inc announced the next generation of its best-in-class WXC application acceleration platforms, the WXC 1800, WXC 2600, and WXC 3400 appliances. The new WXC appliances provide distributed enterprises with a more scalable, modular, and cost-effective approach to delivering fast and consistent application response across the WAN.

"The new generation of WX series platforms marks another step toward Juniper's common hardware platform strategy," said analyst Jim Metzler of Ashton, Metzler & Associates.

On the other hand, Ross Roesner, vice president, WAN Acceleration, Juniper Networks said that their next-generation WXC platforms demonstrate ongoing commitment to delivering the most flexible and scalable solutions.
