New HR Senior Director for Cisco Asia |

Cisco has appointed Scott Slipy as senior director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific (AP) with immediate effect.
Scott will be tasked with leading the Human Resources (HR) function across the AP region, providing both strategic and operational leadership.
Scott joined Cisco in January 2008 and brings with him more than 15 years of global human resources, business and leadership experience. Prior to Cisco, Scott worked at Microsoft, serving first as HR Director, US Enterprise Partner Group. He also held a number of senior HR positions and leadership roles at Honeywell International.
“His [Scott] exposure and proven track record in human resources management are highly valuable to Cisco as the importance of Asia Pacific as well as our business and commitment in the region continue to grow. I am sure Scott will play a strategic role in leading the Asia Pacific HR team and help to strengthen Cisco’s leading position in the region,” said Owen Chan, President, Cisco Asia Pacific.
Scott will be based in Shanghai, reporting to Diane Adams, Vice President, Worldwide Sales and International Theatres. |
