Cloakware Partners with MobileTech, Provides Privileged Password Management to Greater China

Cloakware Inc., the security solutions provider that makes security inseparable from software, has partnered with MobileTech Limited, a Chinese Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in security, to provide Cloakware’s Server Password Manager (CSPM) to markets in the Greater China region.

CSPM allows enterprises to bolster the protection of critical data, and complete identity management and compliance programs.

MobileTech is a Value-Added Distributor which customizes professional services along with security technologies for customers in government as well as the banking, transportation and entertainment industries.

As per the agreement, MobileTech will install and customize CSPM for their customers and provide local support. CSPM is in use at some of the world’s largest and most technologically advanced companies, including leading financial institutions and government agencies.

CSPM, the first commercial Shared Account Password Management (SAPM) tool delivers automated, cost-effective and auditable management of privileged and application-to-application passwords. This enables organizations to comply with the standards and legislation which require all passwords be updated on a regular basis. CSPM enables organizations to improve compliance, protect confidential data, decrease system downtime and lower operating costs. As a result of its recent acquisition by Irdeto, Cloakware is now better able to develop and support this product around the world.
