DiscountASP.NET Upgrades Offerings

DiscountASP.NET has launched .NET Framework 3.0 Web hosting. All DiscountASP.NET production Web servers are now installed with .NET Framework 3.0 side-by-side with .NET Framework 2.0 and the .NET Framework 1.1. The .NET 3.0 hosting platform is available to all DiscountASP.NET ASP.NET hosting customers at no additional cost, says the company. In addition, new customers that sign up for the base hosting annual plan can receive three months of free .NET Framework 3.0 hosting.

.NET Framework 3.0 combines ASP.NET 2.0 and the .NET Framework 2.0 APIs with four new technologies for building a broader range of applications, which include Windows CardSpace, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation.
