PEAR Releases of the Week

The PEAR releases of the Week are a package that creates an authentication system, two source code for the PEAR website, a package that detect and protect from attempts to flood a site and a package of Database Abstraction Layer.
Here is the complete list:

• Auth 1.5.1: the PEAR::Auth package provides methods for creating an authentication system using PHP
• pearweb 1.11.0: the source code for the PEAR website
• HTTP_FloodControl 0.1.1: the HTTP_FloodControl package can be used to detect and protect a Web site from attempts to flood it with too many requests
• DB 1.7.10: DB is a database abstraction layer
• pearweb 1.10.4: the source code for the PEAR website
