Gyration Launches Mobile Wireless Mouse

Gyration has launched a wireless mobile mouse that it claims works on air as well apart from the flat surface. The M2000 Travel Air-Mouse is a compact, mobile wireless mouse that features UltraSense technology.

The Ultra Sense Technology enables a user to do precise mouse movement even when a flat surface isn’t available. Gyration claims the technology M2000 Wireless Travel Air-Mouse is amongst the best ever found in any mouse.

The mouse has another technology called as Swipes that lets the users to control computer functions such as increasing or reducing volumes or even starting presentation using hand motions. The company claims the mouse was designed with mobile users in mind for settings like train and air travel

“People are increasingly mobile these days, as evidenced by the dominance of notebook computer sales, and aren't always tied to the desk,” said Greg Smith, vice president for marketing and OEM sales at Gyration, in a statement.

Smith explained that the Travel Air-Mouse was designed with this in mind, providing the business traveler or ‘digital couch potato’ with the freedom to control their PC and entertainment without the need for a desktop surface.
