A San Francisco federal court has postponed the hearing of SAP and until September 11 as the judge hearing the case is sick.

The court was supposed to hear the case on alleged theft of Oracle data by SAP employees, on Wednesday, however as the judge isn’t feeling well, the case was postponed. However, the new date is not definite, it is learned.

Waldorf, Germany based SAP has admitted that a few of its employees had illegally downloaded certain data from Oracle’s servers and sought an out of court settlement.
