Mango Software has joined the Eclipse Foundation to become the second Eclipse Foundation member in China after Tsinghua University. Mango Software Labs, founded in 2006, is a research institute devoting itself to the research and development of visual thinking software. The main focus of our research involves how to improve productivity, clarify people's thought processes and to increase office productivity, all by means of computer software. We are now spending most of our efforts in researching the usability of office software.
XMIND, a visual thinking / mindmapping software developed by Mango Software Labs, is based on the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (Eclipse RCP). So the main body of the software is a set of Eclipse plug-ins, and OSGi bundles. XMIND is cross-platform, multilingual, and extendable.
