FusionDebug 1.0 – Eclipse Plug-in for ColdFusion Debugging
FusionDebug 1.0 is designed for use with Adobe's ColdFusion MX development platform, enabling developers to debug ColdFusion applications quickly and easily. Since ColdFusion MX was launched back in August 2003, an integrated debugger has been an essential, albeit absent feature within the ColdFusion editing environment. With the current trend towards integrating Flex and ColdFusion as application front-end/backend technologies, FusionDebug provides an essential component to support increasingly complex development needs.
FusionDebug, which is Intergral's latest adition to their Fusion Product suite, seamlessly integrates with the Eclipse IDE and can be used with CFEclipse or your registered CF editor. It enables developers to control the execution of their programs by setting breakpoints, stepping into tags and CFC's, examining and modifying variables and setting up watch points within expressions, as well as much, much more. FusionDebug also provides different levels of debugging information. The detailed view enables advanced ColdFusion developers to get a low-level insight into what's happening within their programs.
